About Luke

Bio

Luke practices primarily in the areas of criminal defense and plaintiff’s employment law. Luke received his BA from the Evergreen State College in 2010 and obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Montana School of Law in 2017. During law school, he clerked for the Montana Innocence Project, Civil Liberties Defense Center, and Montana Office of the Public Defender, where he gained experience at the trial, appellate, and post-conviction levels. He was a two-time Pride Foundation Scholar, Montana Public Interest Law Coalition Fellowship recipient, and founded the University of Montana Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild. In addition to practicing law, Luke is heavily involved in social movement work and regularly facilitates “Know Your Rights” trainings in the community.
